Do renewals stay discounted?

Yes. The 50% discount is lifetime: it applies to every renewal for as long as the client's subscription stays active.

Can I set my own resale price?

Absolutely. You buy at −50% and bill your client at any price you choose. The difference is entirely your margin.

Do you pay me commissions?

No. There are no payouts. You collect payment from your client directly and pay us the discounted wholesale price. Your margin is your income — nothing to invoice or wait for.

What counts as a "request"?

A request is a call handled by RoboREST — running an activity or robot, a scheduled cron task, a widget action, or a REST call. Plans are sized by requests per month; the free tier includes 100 per month.

Who supports the end client?

You own the client relationship and first-line support. We support you as the partner and can help build simple robots, activities or widgets — free of charge in exchange for a Bitrix24 marketplace review.
